L. Sports and Recreation

i.  The institute will organise sporting activities in ten communities to improve the development of these sports in the communities and as a source of recreation for the aged and disabled. Football competitions will be organised to identify soccer talents in the district.

ii. 2 recreational centres will be constructed and stocked with all sorts of indoor games to create more entertainment in the communities, reduce the rural urban migration and the over reliance on sex as the main source of entertainment.
